Sometimes things just don't work out. Returning and exchanging items is easy with two options to choose from:
Visit your nearest Suit Heaven location. Start your request online and return by mail

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 90 days from the shipped date. Returns of custom orders may be subject to separate terms, provided at the time of custom order placement. Pants that have been ordered with Creased ® and/or an online tailoring option may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of shipped date. If you wish to have changes made to the tailoring performed, we recommend that you bring the tailored pants to your local Suit Heaven where our tailoring staff will assist you in correcting the alterations at no charge. If you wish to exchange your pants by mail because you feel the alterations are incorrect, please specify your measurements on the packing slip provided to you in your online order box and return them by mail. Please call 772-249-5350 to confirm that tailoring is available at the Suit Heaven store nearest you.
